Emory University x IDSA
IDSA went deeper than ever at our very first collegiate clinic with the Emory Women’s Swim & Dive Team. Through movement, conversation, reflection, small-group work, and practical performance tools, the women were invited to explore not only how they want to perform this season, but who they want to become through it.
Glenbrook South High School x IDSA
At Olivia’s alma mater, IDSA and the Titans set the standard for the season ahead. IDSA Assistant Coach Cali McCafferty also brought a special addition to the day with a conversation on nutrition and fueling, helping the girls explore what it looks like to care for themselves and intentionally build the culture they want to represent together.
D300 x IDSA
At D300, we stepped outside the pool to explore the athlete within—using breathwork, visualization, reflection, and creative exercises to rethink failure and separate identity from performance. Athletes left with practical tools to slow down, reset, and reconnect with who they are beyond a result.
Fenwick High School x IDSA
At our first fully out-of-water clinic, Olympian Olivia Smoliga led the Fenwick Girls Swim & Dive Team through visualization, guided meditation, breathwork, and team bonding— building greater trust and confidence within themselves and one another as they head into championship season.
Bolles Senior Clinic
IDSA teamed up with the Illinois Swimming Senior Committee for the 2026 Senior Summer Trip — a four-day elite training experience at The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida, headlined by Olympic Champions Olivia Smoliga and Caeleb Dressel.

IDSA and Illinois Swimming are back for Round 2 of our annual Girl’s Event! Shine your unique light, fierce competitive drive and winning heart during this very special 3-session weekend with the girls of Illinois Swimming.

In Depth Swim Academy teamed up with Sierra Nevada Swimming for a two-day clinic led by Olympic gold medalists Olivia Smoliga and Brooks Curry, featuring swim stations, goal-setting, yoga, and visualization for athletes ages 9–18.
NASTY x IDSA Group Swim
IDSA joined NASTY Swimming in Chicago for a Lake Michigan open-water clinic featuring yoga, custom gear, post-swim food, and Olympian Ryan Held as special guest.
IDSA Open Event: Vernon Hills
IDSA hosted a two-day Vernon Hills swim clinic for ages 9–18 with Olympic Champion Natalie Hinds, featuring yoga, filming, workshops, and custom gear.
Rocket Aquatics x IDSA
In Depth Swim Academy joined Rocket Aquatics for a one-day clinic led by Olympic Champion Olivia Smoliga. Athletes experienced race-specific drills, visualization, and a Q&A designed to build confidence, refine technique, and strengthen mindset in and out of the pool.
Illinois Swimming x IDSA Women and Girls Event
In Depth Swim Academy partnered with Illinois Swimming for the first-ever Women Coaches and Girls Swim Clinic — a sold-out event that filled in under one minute. Led by Olympic Champion Olivia Smoliga, the clinic brought together 40 athletes for a day of empowerment, technical training, and mentorship, inspiring the next generation of women in swimming.
Dundee Dolphins x IDSA
IDSA and Olympian Olivia Smoliga hosted an evening swim clinic with Dundee Dolphins, offering an abbreviated version of IDSA’s signature training for ages 9–18.
