In Depth Swim Academy was proud to partner with Illinois Swimming for this girls event, welcoming 115 athletes for a day centered on confidence, connection, and self-expression. In its second year, the event continued to build momentum and is already becoming a highly sought-after annual tradition within the Illinois Swimming community.
The theme of the event was authenticity, with every part of the day designed to give girls the space and tools to express themselves fully and honestly. Through discussion, movement, visualization, race simulation, and reflection, athletes were able to see how authenticity is not just a personal value, but an undeniable skill in training, confidence, and competition.
