In Depth Swim Academy hosted its first-ever open clinic at Northwestern University, welcoming swimmers from across the region for a day of high-performance training and mindset work. Led by Olympic Champion Olivia Smoliga and NCAA Champion Jack Dolan, athletes ages 10–18 experienced an immersive day focused on technical excellence, confidence, and connection.
The clinic featured stroke and start development, individual filming and feedback, goal-setting workshops, visualization, recovery, and an open Q&A with the coaches. Athletes also received JOLYN and FINIS gifts, including exclusive discounts and gear.
The event marked a milestone for IDSA — opening its doors to all swimmers for the first time and creating a powerful space for learning, growth, and community.
