In Depth Swim Academy partnered with Rocket Aquatics for a high-energy one-day clinic led by Olympic Champion Olivia Smoliga. Swimmers rotated through stations focused on race simulation, technical drills, parachute resistance work, and tempo trainer sets, blending elite-level training with mindfulness and intention. The day emphasized precision, purpose, and mental preparation, concluding with visualization exercises and an open Q&A with Olivia and the IDSA team.
