At New Trier Aquatics, In Depth Swim Academy brought the full clinic experience to swimmers ages 9–18, combining performance training with mindset development. Athletes began with introductions and icebreakers before moving into mobilization, dynamic warmups, and pool work tailored to their needs — including starts, turns, and challenge sets. Recovery and reflection were emphasized through guided yoga, stretching, and an in-depth goal-setting session. Day 2 featured classroom workshops in visualization and breathwork, plus discussions on navigating setbacks, followed by pool sessions with a focus on underwater efficiency, resistance work, and power drills. With individualized video footage and practical take-home exercises, the clinic equipped athletes with tools to continue progressing both in and out of the water.
