In Depth Swim Academy partnered with NASTY Swimming in downtown Chicago for an unforgettable open-water event at Lake Michigan’s Concrete Beach. The day began with a pre-swim yoga flow, followed by a supported group swim fueled by Freaks of Nature sunblock and capped off with custom NASTY x IDSA Jolyn and Brolyn suits, exclusive swim caps from Kiefer Aquatics, and delicious post-swim food. Special guest and 2x Olympian Ryan Held, an Illinois native, joined the crew to share his insights and bring unmatched energy to the morning.
