You’ll move through a gentle body scan, practice box breathing (four-count inhale, hold, exhale), and learn to anchor awareness from head to feet so you can meet pressure with presence.
The session closes with a powerful acceptance practice—identifying one real challenge in your life and choosing the next step forward from a grounded, responsible mindset—plus an invite to jot insights in your journal. It’s a simple, repeatable routine for building calm, confidence, and self-trust in and out of the pool.
