Streamline Aquatics!

Join 2x Olympian and 14x World Champion Olivia Smoliga for a special 3-hour session designed specifically for Streamline swimmers.

TIME: 9AM-12PM

LOCATION: The University of the Incarnate Word Pool (Ann Barshop Natatorium)

SATURDAY, MARCH 28th: Ages 11-18

Created to awaken the champion within, this experience focuses on the tools that elevate performance in and out of the pool:

• RECOVERY — yoga, mobility, and breathwork to reset and recharge

• TECHNIQUE — drills, underwaters, starts, and turns to sharpen race skills

• GOAL SETTING — short- and long-term vision, and how to build habits that support success

• VISUALIZATION — guided mental rehearsal to build confidence, focus, and race-day clarity

• Q&A WITH OLIVIA SMOLIGA
