7 Days of Christmas Meditation
This 7 Days of Christmas Meditation series is a collection of short, guided practices created by In-Depth Swim Academy to support greater presence, calm, and self-trust during the holiday season and beyond. Each meditation is under three minutes and explores a different tool—from breathwork and visualization to movement, walking meditation, body scanning, and humming—to help regulate the nervous system and reconnect mind and body. These practices are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re preparing for training, winding down at night, or simply needing a moment of reset.
Together, the seven days offer a simple framework for building awareness, confidence, and emotional balance that extends far past the holidays. You can return to these meditations anytime you need grounding, clarity, or a reminder to slow down and step forward with gratitude into the next season of training and life.
