Olivia Smoliga

Olivia Smoliga is a 2x Olympian, 14x World Champion, NCAA Champion, and American Record Holder who has spent her life chasing growth both in and out of the water. After a decorated career at the University of Georgia, where she won multiple NCAA titles, Olivia turned professional in 2016 and has since competed at the highest levels of the sport around the world.

Through years of training and growth in the sport, she realized that true performance goes far beyond the pool. That belief led her to found In Depth Swim Academy —a space designed to nurture both the athlete and the human being.

At IDSA, Olivia combines her love for swimming with a holistic approach to performance—blending technical precision, mindset training, and movement to help athletes become champions through instilling confidence in themselves.
