Alongside Olivia and the IDSA team, he connected with swimmers through conversation, and an inside look at the habits, mindset, and lessons that have shaped his career—giving athletes the opportunity to learn from one of the sport’s very best.

Caeleb has represented Team USA across three Olympic Games and has become one of the most recognizable figures in the sport. Beyond his accomplishments in the pool, his openness about the mental and emotional sides of high performance has made his perspective especially meaningful to the next generation of athletes.
