Implementing the structure of her newly founded Swim Academy, Olivia will guide swimmers in a technique masterclass for starts, turns, and strokes!
Swimmers will have the opportunity to use top of the line equipment like the FINIS Swim Tempo Trainer Pro and Parachute to feel their stroke against resistance; maximizing power and control in the water.
Olivia also guides swimmers outside of the pool in techniques like goal setting, visualization and recovery workshops.
Special guest Olympian Marcin Cieslak will be joining Olivia, and together they will share their knowledge of this beloved sport!
